Growing up I was a straight A+ student, Athlete of the Year & Student Council Exec.

Then I started dieting…

By the time I got to university I had such a complicated relationship with
food that I stopped going to class, playing sports and being social.

Recently I realized that when I was starting diets, I’d easily drop between $200-500 just to start.
